kinesiology
(osteopathic treatment)
Osteopathy is a holistic approach to manual therapy, considering the body’s interconnected systems while addressing specific dysfunctions. Jake blends techniques such as craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy, spinal manipulation, and visceral work to support recovery from both acute and chronic pain. Jake also integrates personalized exercise prescription to enhance strength, mobility, and long-term outcomes. This service can be billed under kinesiology through insurance, not as osteopathy, since Jake is still completing his D.O.M.P.

about

Health Equanimity refers to a state of mental and physical balance, where one maintains a calm, composed, and resilient state regardless of external circumstances. It combines two key concepts: health, which involves the well-being of the body and mind, and equanimity, which is the ability to remain steady and balanced, especially in times of stress or challenge.
Together, Health Equanimity emphasizes achieving a harmonious balance between internal health (emotional & mental well-being) and external influences (life’s challenges), helping to cultivate overall resilience.
